My daughter is 16 years old & is mentally handicapped. I want to get guardianship. What do I need to do first?

In April of this year My landlord and I made a verbal agreement on renewing my lease, my lease ends July 31st. On July 2nd I gave him a call to ask when I can resign the lease we had verbally agreed to. He then tells me he rented out the apartment that I am living in and can no longer live in that apartment. However, he did offer another apartment $200 more than what I'm paying right now. Also note, I have had several problems with him trying to tow my truck by saying I was taking two parking spots which in reality I wasn't and I took a picture of it. What do I do in this situation.

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

Childrens father has strong narcissistic characteristics (thus our divorce) and from the things my kids tell me, I believe that my children are now the ones being emotionally abused while in his care. How would i go about getting the court to look into this matter for their protection? Where do I start?

I was hired to work 8:30am to 5pm at a daycare and when i get there if there is not enough kids they will make me wait to start my shift until there are enough kids or work to do, the hours i am waiting are not being paid. I have also got in trouble for leaving the building if i am told i cant start yet. They want me to sit there and wait unpaid for sometimes up to 3 hours. I have brought this up to my manager but i feel they are taking advantage of my age because i am only 19

I signed a contract in mid april to have my kitchen remodeled. I gave the contractor a down payment for the future job. They had their license suspended two days later and can not do any work until it is renewed. Now the company has changed names and license numbers. Is my contract with them void? Can I get my down payment back. No work has been done. The company will not return my calls. Should I file in small claims court?

I have just moved to AZ and the father of my children lives in ca we have no former custody done. Can I file for full custody?

My boyfriend and I rent a mobile home in Glendale AZ. The mobile home park has the electric in the parks name and we just pay the park for electricity. 3 days ago the main breaker blew and was smoking, this is not the first time the breaker box smoked, srp came out and said it was the parks responsibly to replace the box. An unlicensed electrician that lives in the park has yet to fix the problem. The owner knows of the problem and has done nothing. I just recently had a stroke and my boyfriend is a diabetic. His insulin needs refrigerated and has not so $3200 worth of insulin went bad.

I am a past sex offender. Not proud of it, but trying to keep my nose clean. I am home less and lost mt paper from the last registration, so i dont know when me renewal date is. I have been busy with the death of my daughter who passed away recently. Also I have been looking to going to school so Im not a burden on Social Security...I want to keep in compliance. Thank you.
