  • I accidentally over paid my rent. Is there a timeline for when my landlord should repay me?
  • We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution. Is it legal for them to overcharge us like this? What recourse do we have? We suspect they're doing this to others. Isn't this fraud? What rights do we have

  • I was involved in a very minor collision resulting in minimal vehicle damage & no bodily harm. And the insurer of other party has issued a payment covering their damage. Which they are now seeking reimbursement through me. Can I dispute or appeal an how is this done? I firmly believe that the fault is that of the other driver or at least not solely of my own, based on design and layout of parkway's as well as location of impact and damage indicated on both vehicles.
  • The property management company is trying to charge a new deposit. I've lived here since 3/5/19 and have already paid a deposit to the previous property manager that was handling this unit. He was fired due to theft. He drafted my lease to show my move in date to be 4/30/19 instead of 3/5/19. I paid a deposit and rent for march and april and the property management company has no record of it and are unable to locate the person who was fired. What can I do?
