  • My husband and I have a covenant marriage. We are getting divorced (we meet the necessary requirement to do so), but I'm not sure if I need to file different paperwork. All of the regular divorce paperwork for AZ states that it won't work for covenant marriages. Please advice. Thanks!

  • I received a an eviction notice last week giving me days to vacate. I had my boyfriend and dog move in and tried to have him added to the lease. He was denied. Im packing and they are saying I owe $5,400 at time of moving out. Im current on rent. they asked me to leave. Lease expires 01/30/2016. How can they charge me when Im current and they asked me to leave?

  • Va Hospital prescribed medication causing me to suffer chest pains everytime I took the medication. VAMC Phx emergency, Drs told me I was only suffering 'Distress Syndrome' and released. Four hours later ambulance to Chandler Hospital for a Heart attack - two stents. I've since been taking 10 nitros a day for pain. The VA placed me in the Hospital for observation for 2 1/2 days. Drs did no testing just observation (Cardiologist too busy to see me) and released. I ended up in Chandler Hosp again, they did all the testing VA refused. Results I need open heart surgery & a Pro Bono Lawyer.
  • I live in an HOA that has a file within my account called "owner file". This file contains personal information related to my history in the community such as violation notices, aplications for changes, etc. I would like to know which area, if any, of state law covers the maintenance of this file which seems to be an invasion of privacy.
