  • I have a lease to purchase contract with a couple. The man has recently passed away. The estate of this man is trying to have the contract "disallowed". I'm trying to find out how to file a "petition for allowance" in Pima county. I live in Indiana.
  • We just rented a house was by management they were replacing the carpet. After we applied they said the owner said are replacing living room carpet and the rest which is ok but now that the has dried and the chemical smell gone is a strong scent coming from rooms. We signed lease week ago and everything with getting this house ready for move in been a battle with this management company. What are the laws about having urine soaked carpets a rental and having them replaced? There is huge health issues with having to breath in that smell. What are rights?

  • I sings a lease on 2/6/2013 for 1 year.my lease is up on 2/6/2014.But because they did messed up on my lease. It is the part that says CONCESSIONS and my lease has $000. They want me to sing a renewed lease that has 1812.00. Do I have to sing the new lease. Or can I make them stay with the old lease that I sings. That is up on 2/6/2014.   • Have two homes, Glendale & Surprise, was living in the Glendale home until wife passed away, on 10/2006, moved to other home in Surprise right after death of Wife. Moved out of home in Glendale due to the pain so I moved to our other home in Surprise leaving my son to live in the Glendale home. During the healing time, my real estate income went so low that I lost the home to foreclosure in May of 2008, which I accepted keys for cash from Ocwen, and moved back to Glendale home. Does the home in Surprise qualify for Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief, since I was living there for 1 1/2 years.

  • My family’s abuser (We’ve had an order of protection since October) has repeatedly contacted my father, threatening to call CPS on me. Tonight I saw him spying in a live stream video from my business instagram—it was not an account I knew, but definitely him. My bank account was also hacked into and I’m positive it was a move meant to send a message, as he used to control my finances and I thought this was the only card he never knew about. The court said call the police, the police say he’s allowed to do this. I’m scared and don’t know where to turn. Domestic advocacy places aren’t responding
