My next door neighbor has a 4 yr. old autistic grandson who keeps throwing toys and small objects over the block wall into my back yard. He has also thrown a rock and smashed his mother's car windshield. You'd think they'd keep these projectiles out of his reach or supervise him better! I have small dogs who have already chewed plastic toys into sharp pieces, and I worry about them choking or getting hit in the head. What are my rights, and what can I do?

I am a stepparent. My husband's ex indicated that I can not sign permission slips for the kids to attend school field trips. I checked with the district and they said I could as long as my husband agreed. I always send a copy of the permission slip to his ex (she has never provided the same courtesy to my husband). I want to do what is right and legal. May I continue to sign permissions slips and pay for field trips or must my husband sign these slips?

I'm just curious in case things go wrong. But I'm hispanic & a legal US citizen, my boyfriend is Native American & we have a a child together. From what I've heard from a friend is that by law since he's Native, that he can have full custody of our child. I want to know if this is true, because he's on probation & has a bad record and where he lives with his mom is not so safe for our baby since she smokes. So I'm wondering with that in the way, if I would have more of a right to keep the baby with me?

I work as a contract RN on an Air Force base, for a company who is located out of Arizona. I am unsure how many employees work in a 75 mile radius from the Air Force Base. The company is telling me they do not and will not honor FMLA because of this. My job will not create a hardship on the company because all of the contract employees do different jobs here at the base. Am I entitled to know how many company employees are in the 75 mile radius? There are 117 contract employees at the AF base but work for various companies. Thank you
