My uncle has custody of my sister and he won't let her have contact with me is there anything I can do so that I am able to be in contact with her

I own the house and live out of state and my mother is going to court to do the eviction. Is there a form I need to give her that gives her the ok to be there in my place?

I am out of State and was told I need to petition the judge to accept the parenting class. I do not know what form to use to petition the judge to accept the class.

Is there a law in AZ that says a child of divorce doesn't have to go see his parent that he doesn't live with. Also, when I have my children for the little amount of time that I do, is it right that my ex-spouse is always trying to communicate with the children while they are with me? I put a deposit down on an apartment along with an application fee. I was told I was not able to rent the apt. after they ran my application but will not return my security deposit. Can they legally keep my deposit? I understand them charging me the $40.00 for the application fee, but can they keep the $225.00 holding deposit?

It's 7/31/2018 my lease ends 8/1/18 . I'm finishing up with the cleaning of the property and I just went to fill up a bucket and have no water. Can the owner have the water turned off if I'm still here? I'm worried about them trying to keep my deposit so I planned on staying here all day and cleaning but I can't do that without water.
