  • Does the landlord have the right to assign a renter any apartment without disclosing which one it is when the lease is signed?
  • My mother charged my boyfriend with custodial interference. I do not want the chargers . He already went to jail twice over it. We go back to court this week. I am now 18. Not living with my mother and have no contact with her. How do I get the case dismissed?

And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?
