  • I own my trailor rent space landlord takes down my companies licence plates and threatens cops almost daily and threatens cps I can not let my 7 8 and5 year old play out side what can I do
  • I currently line in Texas have been here with ny two children for five years. My case is orginally in arizona. I went to court with my ex we were never married he petitioned me and Showed up to court high in drugs. The judge ordered hair follicle tests I passed mine he never took his and than ended up going to prison for four years for aggravated assult on a police officer. I have supported them alone since before he went to prison. He has three other kids and all were taken by the state and adopted out due to his drug use. I want to place him on chikd support with no visitation. Can I?
  • My spouse and i both have a retirement plan thru our employer. We are 38 and 40 years old and getting divorced. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?
