  • My son was born in Arizona and we moved to Colorado. He has an AZ birth certificate. We have done a paternity test and have determined that the father listed is not correct. We have also had his last name changed. How do I get a birth certificate with his correct last name and father?

  • Hi, I have a few questions. I have a landlord that recently told me the rent was going up by 200 dollars with about a 2 week notice via text message. Is that legal?   • I was convicted in AZ for "ASSAULT INTENT/ RECKLESS/ INJURE" in 2009. I understand that I cannot get this expunged if it involves the infliction of serious physical injury, but how or who determines what is a "serious physical injury"? There was no serious physical injury but there was contact.
