  • I have been seoerated from my husband for the last 8 week. He told me to take my two boy age 6 & 8 and move to my sisters in Nevada. I have both boys in school here and have a new job . befor my paper were filed with the Nevada. He filed in AZ. I was served today with paper stating I must return the children to Flagstaff. I need to know what I can do to appeal this discision. My husband has anger issues he is bypolar and has very eratic behavior
  • I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills?   • Someone broke the front window of the house I am renting. I called the police and filed a report but the landlord says that she doesn't have to fix it because there haven't been any other windows in the neighborhood, so I must have been targeted. Shouldn't the landlord have to fix it?
  • My landlords son has a office downstairs from my apartment there is 4 apartments. He is never there beyond 6 pm and never calls for the rent we have to track him down to pay him and he will only take cash he posted a note in the hallway that stated he will start adding late fees if payment is 5 days late 50.00 and 100.00 if paid after the 15th how can he just start doing that if he is never around to collet the rent?   • Per my lease agreement I sent notice to my landlord that I wanted to renew the lease a month prior to lease ending via email 6/28/19, the same day he sent me notice of rent increase which was received on 6/29/19. He recently replied that we are on a month to month, our lease does not end until July 31st at 5pm. He took over two weeks to respond to email, I am unable to give him 30days notice as he took too long to respond, I recently emailed back accepting he rental amount if a lease is written. What right do I have? Last year when he raised the rent he back dated the 30 day notice.

  • My husband recently passed away and I found out he took out a signature loan from a credit union. I'm not on the account, I had nothing to do with the loan, and my income was not part of the application process. Am I required to repay this loan?
  • Divorce decree states my ex is to pay half of a credit card bill either in monthly payments or half of the balance. He is not paying me or the credit card company. The only payments he made were during the time we still lived together. I deducted his half of the payment from my half of the monthly bills. How can I get the court to enforce what is on the decree? Also, I no longer reside in the state of Arizona and do not have money for an attorney. Thank you.
