QUESTIONS

  • IF a lease has not been signed on a rental property in over ten years is the original lease still in effect or does the agreement default to month to month or week to week?
  • I just want to know how this landlord/tenant works, our landlord emailed us that he was coming but we never checked the email and he still came and enter the back of the house, which is scared me because I didnt know it was him 2. When I brought it up to the landlord last week, he said he didn't remember the conversation, but if I wanted, he would buy a washer and dryer, and he would let us pay it off with our rent. I looked at the lease again, just to make sure I remembered correctly, and don't understand this.
