I TOOK OUT A REVERSE MORTGAGE BEFORE MY WIFE WAS OLD ENOUGH TO BE ON IT. I CALLED TO HAVE HER ADDED ON AND THEY TOLD ME IT CAN NOT BE DONE. WE WERE TOLD IT COULD BE WHEN WE TOOK IT OUT. WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MY WIFE AFTER I DIE?

My husben passed away Aug. 21st. and hade a life insurance policy. It is in his daughters name. He was going to change it did not get a chance to. We have been married for less than a year. Do I have anyrights to this life insurance?

My son (36) lives in Phoenix, AZ His Girl Friend (whom he has 2 children with) took out a Protection Order against him in order to make her apartment complex happy & not get kicked out. She had him stay away for a few days then moved him right back in. Does this not make the Protection Order Null & Void?

My son wants me to help him with custody of his baby under a year old and unborn baby. He is not married to the mother. He is on the birth certificate of the first born.The reason he is asking me to help is he has a long history of being in trouble with the law and is currentl on adult probabtion. He is currently working and doing good, but knows the courts would frown on his past. Would the courts consider giving me tempory guardianship or help with the custody. The mother is threating to move out of state with the kids, so my son wants to know his rights andif he has any from preventing that

If my self and the father of the child have a temporary agreement, and if he has violated the agreement, as far not letting me know where he lives . We’re going to court now but it keeps getting pushed , we had court today , and he wants to put the child in daycare but I have him Monday - Thursday, he picks him up at 6PM Thursday and has the child until Sunday at 6PM . How likely is the judge to change the agreement? He always wanted to do one week with him and one week with me , the the child is 4yo, would the judge change the agreement?

We are being evicted, our landlord served us three papers, each of which stated a different reason for eviction, loudness, smoking, non-payment of rent etc. Do her statements have to be consistent with one another? If so, can I use her inconsistency as a defence in court?

Have a single wide at a park, power has been continuously cutting for the past two weeks due to a faulty breaker in park hook up (not in home), have notified park management 9 days ago and they have still not fixed it. Extreme temperatures outside are causing high temperatures inside, endangering my pets. What can I do to speed things along?

We purchased a park model from a private owner and it is set in a RV resort in Goodyear we paid her annual rent in April when we moved in we now have decided to purchase a home this was our temporary home as we transferred here due to the fact that we are selling the home and it has a carport and a 10 by 10 storage shed if someone were to want to purchase just the trailer do we have to leave the carport behind?can they legally charge us for rent on the lot if we move out before our year is up and new owner is also charged lot rent because move in take ownership of trailer.
