  • I live in a mobile home park where i purchased a trailer for 5000$ after i bought the trailer we noticed we do nit have gas. I discussed this with the landlord and he discovered it was a bad gas line. We have not had gas for months the land lord is not fixing the problem I have no heat hot water or gas to cook with. Am I able to with hold rent? and if i have to leave the property can I be reimbursed for the trailer?

  • My family has been living at our location for over 3 years. We just asked to renew our lease a few months ago.   • I had a default divorce awhile back while I was away on active duty. My now ex told the judge that I made $100k/yr on active duty when my income was far less than half that amount of course. Modifying her and the court's secret divorce now is easy enough, but I'm in arrears for money I couldn't pay from the divorce up until my first modification.   • My husband wants custody of his three boys 12,10,8.He has joint legal custody with his ex-wife,butshe has primaryphysical custody but oldest wants to be with dad.She is abusive to the children and CPS are involved they said that they can't do anything about custody.My husband took one boy to sheriff after an incident but even though there was was a case opened and an ivestigation,when the report was sent to the district attourney's office they didn't continue to persue charges.She left a bruise on the boys face but since nothing was done about it what can I do if we can't afford an attourney?
  • I purchased an existing home on apprx 1.6 acres in 2011 and have continuously lived in it. The area was subdivided and platted in 1958, homes range from 50s until current. An adjacent undeveloped lot is under contract & a survey disclosed that the corner of my 1973 house and part of driveway encroach on the adjacent property 10'. Side setback. Am I or can I be forced to pay for replatting and to agree to a land swap, or am I granted any rights since the owners of the lot when I purchased home never contacted me within 3y after I purchased? What options do I have legally have?
  • i live in a 55 plus mobile home park that then was a safe clean adult park with no pets, since it has become a mess no maintaining of weeds or roads, amenities (pool, shuffleboard, pool table areas or clubhouse) fountains non working bathrooms unclean, water and sewage leaking in places and now park is no longer a 55 plus that i see and dogs and cats everywhere and most not on leashes, skirting and carport awnings missing or hanging down, when brought to management their response is don;t like it move.. thats not a option right now cause they have caused a depresiation of my home considerably
  • I have current custody & support orders in CA. I moved to AZ 2 years ago. My ex decided that he didn't want anything to do with them anymore & told me to keep them here in AZ even though our orders have him as sole physical (only since I moved out of state-before it was joint physical) & it is still joint legal custody. They have been with me 100% of the time for the last 6 mos. Father has not made any attempt to contact them or visit them. I would like to have new orders for me to have sole physical & I need an increase in child support (he is garnished in CA). Can I file in Coconino County?
  • For 2 1/2 years I have rented a house to my son with no rental agreement or lease. I have been lax about late payments. I have come to need to sell the house for financial reasons. He has paid no rent for December and it is now 12/17/18 and I have no idea if he ever will. What needs done to get him out so that I can do repairs and put the house up for sell??
