  • My wife's son was denied naturalization because of 3 misdemeanor marijuana possession convictions. During the wait time for the naturalization decision, his green card expired. Is the denial for charachter going to prevent him from recieving his green card.
  • My ex lost his job in March of this year, he hasn't worked since then. What is the typical course of action when something like this happens? Does a letter get sent to him? Is he required to notify the courts? Any information regarding this process would be alot of help, thanks in advance.

  • I work as a contract RN on an Air Force base, for a company who is located out of Arizona. I am unsure how many employees work in a 75 mile radius from the Air Force Base. The company is telling me they do not and will not honor FMLA because of this. My job will not create a hardship on the company because all of the contract employees do different jobs here at the base. Am I entitled to know how many company employees are in the 75 mile radius? There are 117 contract employees at the AF base but work for various companies. Thank you

  • in aug. 2011 i temporarly gave my daughter to my mom and dad. No papers were signed just a verbal agreement that they would only be taking care of her until i moved back to the county they lived in and got settled. Since Jan. 2012 i have been askin for my parents to return her and they keep refusing. He did not.Withheld Jan rent, pay after he threatened me by text that he will evict us.18 Jan 17, he left court papers on door w/a court day 24 Jan 17 to evict w/i 5 days.The tenants in the other flooded apartment are Anglo and their apartment was fixed w/i 2-weeks
