  • My water heater broke and it took me about 2 hours to even reach my landlord. After having no emergency fire company come out she finally sent someone . It is a Thursday and I do not have any source of hot water and I am being told it won't be fixed until Monday which is 5 days without hot running water. Is this legal in Arizona ?
  • My husband died Dec 14,2015. He suffered from dementia and signed a lease on an apartment. November 5, 2015. We never received a signed completed lease agreement to this date, I have sent numerous requested for return or written conformation of deposit status. First they said I wasn't on the lease, I provided my marriage certificate and acknowledged Arizona was a community property state. When contacting the collection agency, they told me that this collection will stay on my report because I am married to the person which ows them money. The account was included in our bankruptcy in 2013 as an individual debt and not a joint debt. Am I responsible for my husbands debt? It was for electrical service my husband applied for himself.
