My mom's land lord gave us a letter that we had to sign for from the mail man stating that she had 60 to move out. His reason for kicking my mother out was " He wanted new tenants"? Is that legal in Arizona also his appointment does not have any smoke dectors there mold in the bathroom and kitchen I have ask him 6+ times to address this issue and he reply is ok I'm going to have someone come out and fix the toilet n sinks but no one ever came my mother has been in the hospital 4 times now due to his neglected duty to fix things in his apartments. He is a slum land lord can someone please help.

My dishwasher stopped turning on just prior to stay at home orders. With respect to maintenance men, & requests from the complex to only submit emergency requests, I didn’t report. However, my garbage disposal has subsequently stopped working & will not drain, leaving water growing increasingly murky & smelly in the sink. Property managers, assistant managers, & online portal request managers have ignored my requests for resolution for over a week now. What can I do?

I rent a mobile home that has a large front and back yard. My landlord is always on the property and coming over unannounced. I understand I rent from him but how much privacy am I entitled to? The landlord also has a storage shed that sits behind the mobile home. We don't use. The neighbor next door comes over whenever he pleases and uses the storage shed. He says the landlord lets him use it. I feel like I have no privacy whatsoever!

I am planning to leave my partner, who is verbally and sometimes physically abusive. We live together with our 4 year old daughter. If I take my daughter to live somewhere else (in state) would it be considered kidnapping? I plan on getting an emergency order of protection the following day as soon as the court opens. My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

When the Court Sets Aside a misdemeanor conviction and orders a person released from all penalties and disabilities, does this mean that all civil rights (voting, gun rights, etc.) are restored? And if so are there any other documents that have to be submitted to complete this action?

I have 2 children under 2 years of age who where never sick until we moved into our apartmet 2 months ago. We learned it is roach infested and I have been to the doctor and ER with both children. We notified the landlord and they sprayed 2 times. Both times the roaches got worse. What are my options for my childrens safety?

I rented an apartment for 1 year, then bought a house. Three times scheduled a walk through & manger did not show. The apartment was clean and in great condition. They still kept my deposit & are charging me an additional $260 for a old broken closet wheel, Painting for next tenant & blinds. I have pictures the place was clean & in the same condition I got. The damaged blinds I replaced. I disputed the charges but it was sent to collections how do I fight this? Its now been 2 years am I reactivating a dormant debt?

I purchased a mobile home in 55+ almost 2 years ago. I only pay lot rent monthly for lot #46. Today I received an additional email with an additional separate bill of $32 which said "Lot 47 occupied by Unit 46 extra lot fee charge". I was unaware the mh I purchased 2 years ago was on more that 1 lot, nor does any lease agreement or purchase paperwork state anything about my mh sitting on a double lot. This is the first I am hearing of this. Out of the blue they are billing me for a partial additional lot. Can they legally do that after 2 years? Space/Lot #47 is not mentioned anywhere.
