I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

What can I do if the landlaord turns off the chiller system for the whole apartment complex and it's over 100 degrees outside

My landlord did not require a deposit and is now sending a bill for cleaning of the apartment. I am under the impression that cleaning is something the landlord must do and therefore a cost of doing business.

We are told a new law became effective in Jan. which requires changes to the Trust having to do with notifying beneficiaries every year of the amount of the estate and their inheritance. Is it true? The lawyer wants the full price of the trust to amend it. Can I find the law on the Internet? Is it boilerplate and easily done without using that same lawyer? Please direct me. Thank you.

I have a girl friend who is willing to merry me to bring me back from the Netherlands in to the stat. Is that posible and the immigration will let me live in the state? I'm 17, I bought a car from my aunt, with MY money, and my dad put it under his namename until I turn 18, so Now we move toto Ga from PaPa, and I want to move back and do my senior year. (I'll be 18 mind you) and now they say they won't give me my car till graduation, which will make it hard to move back toto pa to do my senior year and graduate.They also said they won't lay me any money I paid fo it.
