Where can I get help with guardian/conservator paper work?

I am in the process of evicting a roommate. I took it to court, and have to restart the court process because the 5 day eviction notice was not certified mail. She has left all of her things for about three weeks now. At what point am I legally allowed to move her belongings to put another roommate into her old room? And what would I have to do for her property to roll over into my possession, so I can legally remove it from my home or dispose of the items?

I signed a lease that will start in a few days.the lease states all appliances will be provided. If upon taking possession of the Unit all appliances are not provided,do I get back my earnest money?

I Am 16 years old and i have a job at bojangles. My parents is in charge of my bank account so they have access to my money at will. When i get into trouble they empty out my bank account without me knowing and sometimes they dont even tell me. Is that legal for them to take my money that i have worked hard for.

I applied at an apartment complex and they told me I needed to pay a holding fee so they can hold the apartment for me. All I did qawas sign the application and told them i would bring tye holding fee another day so they gave me another form stating all of the fees I was to pay at move in. (You sign that AFTER you pay the holding fee). So a couple days later I went in and cancelled my application and now they're sending me to collection for that holding fee. I asked to be shown the policy on that and all they showed me was a paper saying the amount and next to it "non-refundable".

Can I see the apartment complex because they keep promising me that they are going to do something about the neighbor who screams at his girlfriend 24/7? I've been told he's not allowed on the property, yet i hear him yelling every single day. I've also heard the police come escort him off the property at least 3 times. He's here every single day. I'm sick of having to listen to this man yell constantly. What can I do?

I was sitting in my car, engine running for four minutes underneath a no parking sign in a paratransit loading zone (Tucson)and was handed a $538 fine which I'm appealing. 1)Is no parking the same as no standing? 2)Does the ticket enforcer need to identify himself?

I filed a small claims complaint against a former roommate of mine when after I decided to leave he only gave me some of my personal belongings back and kept other items that he knew were important to me. I won the case and received a judgment for the amount that I requested. However, in the complaint two of the items I did not place a dollar amount next to because I knew he was still in possession of them (two portraits drawn by my brother that are very dear to me) and I wanted them returned. He had indicated in his Answer that he was in fact in possession of those items but wanted to be reimbursed for framing them. The hearing officer indicated we would need to take up the matter in a different forum due to the fact that they were personal property that I wanted to have returned. After the judgment was ordered I prepared a letter to the defendant and requested that he return the portraits to me and deduct the cost of framing from the judgment and I would then give him a satisfaction of judgment and we would be finished with this matter. About two weeks later I received a check for the amount of the judgment and a letter stating that he no longer was in possession of the artwork (he did not state what in fact became of my portraits). I decided to have the artwork appraised as I had photographs of the artwork as well as other drawings my brother had done. I then prepared a demand letter, again in an effort to resolve the matter without going to court. He did not respond in the time in which I had requested - (20) days. My question is do I have the right to file a Complaint for Conversion of Personal Property requesting to be compensated for damages (the price for the artwork as well as punitive damages and costs incurred)? And, if so, can I still file in small claims court as long as the amount I am seeking does not exceed $2,500 exclusive of court costs?

What is necessary to bring and/or fill out for a Parenting Conference with Conciliation Services ? Is there usually more than one conference? Is a child younger than the statutory age often interviewed?

I am a student and my father and I own a house in Tempe. We are both on the Deed and hold title as Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship. I rented a room to a tenant and she and I were the only parties who signed the lease agreement. However, when she moved out, my father signed the move-out letter because she had secured a Restrainer Order against me (I had secured one against her too) so we were to have no contact of any kind with one another. She alleges that the Move Out Letter is invalid since my dad wrote it, signed it and emailed it to her oppose to myself. Is that true?
