I made a mistake on the father of my son. This mans name in on the BC. He has nothing to do with my son. I had the real father take a DNA test and and even with the results, he wants nothing to do with my son. Can I just have his last name changed to mine? I do not want him to go threw life with the wrong last name or with a mans name that does not want anything to do with him. I hate for him to pay for my mistakes

I agreed to lease my condo to a women and her two small children for $600. a month with a $400. deposit. She gave me $310. to hold the condo. I mailed her the lease for her to sign and never received it back. She has been in the condo for 2 months now and has only paid $300. towards the rent and deposit. I am a teacher who took FMLA leave for surgery. My principal said that I am not allowed on campus to attend a meeting concerning my schedule. Is this true? He also said that if I request a meeting, they cannot meet with me because of the FMLA guidelines. Is that true? It all sounds fishy. Why wouldn't my staff be allowed to answer my emails under FMLA?
