I have an issue with my home owners association, they have locked me out of the access gate to the pool area that is close to my condo. Now I have to walk a considerable distance to another access to the pool. They have denied me a key, when I previously had a Kay before.

I was working as a car salesman and the business was going rough. I found another job and I have not being able to pay my rent. I received an eviction letter, but I have no money to pay any payment. Luckily I am in the process of hiring in a much better job. Is there any help in Tucson Az to avoid the Eviction?

Can I get a tax break if I downsize to a smaller home

I am being evicted from the RV park in which I live for false accusations. They are saying I have large amounts of traffic, loud noises, and having people living in my house that are not living there. None of this is true. My husband drives a taxi and will sometimes come home on his breaks after 10pm. They are saying that this is not permitted but as a resident should he not be allowed to come home for his break? We have no late night visitors and noone but my husband and I live in the home. What can I do to stop this eviction?

I am a single mom of 4 children (20, 19, 13, & 10). I divorced the children's father almost 8 yrs ago. I have full sole custody, and he was granted supervised visitation 2 hrs a week. Soon after the divorce, he stopped seeing or contacting the children. He currently has 5 felony warrants in the state of AZ for drugs and such and owes large fines. He fled the state about 6 yrs ago. And has not been seen or heard from since then. I want to know what I can do in lieu of custody of my children in the event of my death. Obviously the older children are safe; however, my 2 younger children I am concerned about. They do not know him or even know what he looks like. A long time fear of mine is that he could come and take them from family and friends here. Am I able to leave them to a more capable and safe guardian? And if so, what can I do without racking up large attorney fees? Thanks so much.

i moved out from a house that i was renting from a company,they say they sent me my security deposit refund check but i never received anything and someone stole it and cashed it.Went to the bank were the check was cashed and they told me the company has to dispute the check not me.Can i request another check from my landlord or i have to wait until the investigation is over?
