  • My daughter works and goes to school to support her family, husband and two children. Her husband (he lost his job) agreed to stay home with the kids while She finishes school (7 more months). Now he says he can get sole custody if they separate because he has been the primary care giver for the last year. Is this true?
  • Can I purchase a new car using my husbands income to qualify for the loan without his name being on the loan application ? The dealership is calling it family income and says I can do it. • Is there a 3 day release from jail if not charged rule? But if the jail lists charges on the inmate, doesn't that mean that they have been charged? And if the preliminary hearing is scheduled, doesn't that mean that they have been charged, but not necessarily indicted? On major methamphetamine trafficking charges, isn't it unlikely someone would get out on the above-mentioned 3 day "rule"? Without a bond? Just turned loose?

I never kept track and now he says I am 6 months behind and gives a hand written payment sheet for the last 2 years. He wants about $7000.00 he never gives me receipts and wants cash. I have had to go buy all new appliances because when something breaks down he repairs them and they don't last. There is also a lot of problems (unsafe) we have told him about and he does not repair. Can he legally evict us or take us to court.
  • I recently moved to Arizona from Oregon. I tried to be seen by a local internist and was refused service without an explanation. I have no conditions which could make me a concern. I asked the office for their evaluation criteria and they would not provide it. If they are going to refuse service, they should at least state the grounds for doing so.
