  • i sold my mobile home on a payment plan in april he paid 300 down payments started in june at 200 lease says if he is late 3 months contract is void so far he has been late every month but 1 what can i do i am tired of this person never paying on time it is the 12 and i still have not heard from him how do i get him out of my home
  • I am noticably disabled and live in a crime free.multi housing complex. There are several tenants who have either used a sharpie to change the expiration on their placards, have expired placards, or who simply park in the few disabled spots available. I have made the manager aware of these continual incidents, and was told that if they had any kind of placard or plate;(regardless of it's status), that the apartment management had no recourse. Is this accurate? If not, what can I do to see that this ADA accomadation is enforced properly?

  • after being arrested about 10 years ago, the attorneys office denied the case from the arresting department due to lack of evidence. Charges were never filed with the state, however the arrest record still has to be researched with every background check. is there a way to have this removed from public record since there was never even a case or conviction?
  • My fridge was broken upon move-in. My landlord says I am required to be home to let repair people in, but I am not able to. Is it the responsibility of the landlord to make sure someone's at the property to allow repairs?
  • Our heater works but does not provide airflow to the bottom story of our apartment.Twice, we asked the apartment manager directly to make repairs but repairs were never made. On Monday, we sent written notice of intent to terminate lease per ARS 33-1361(A). The apartment manager told me on Monday that someone would be over Tuesday to take a look at our unit but, again, they never showed up. Do I have grounds to terminate on Saturday if nothing is done? The term "reasonable heat" seems arbitrary and I want to make sure I have legitimate grounds for terminating my lease.
  • So quick question is there a law on how much space is allowed on the backside of your trailer in a trailer park? I have a boat that I have had stored on the backside of my trailer for six months now and the space behind us was empty but now an R.V. is moving in and my landlord is saying I am only allowed three feet on the backside of my trailer but that seems really small to me like not even big enough in case of emergency.
