  • I am currently renting out my home to a couple and they have violated the rental agreement on a number or accounts. They have decided to make "repairs"/"upgrades" to my property without my authorization. They have a pet which is against the terms of the lease. They are also consistently late with their rent. Am I within my rights to given them a notice to vacate the property due to breach of the leasing agreement? If so, how many days notice do I have to provide?
  • I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? He says he's not because I was under a contract which is not true I never signed any contract at all with him, just a verbal to weed eat the property and pick up track for a free booth for the the year that was all I was suppose to do. thanks for your response

I finally paid the rent and he tact on 200 more for court fees. we never went to court, he said he cancel court since I paid but he kept the 200, my land law never showed me the lease or any papers of evictions, or gave me a receipt , he always gave excuses questions I ask of him and many repairs he failed to do
