  • I recently purchased a car with my boyfriend and put his name on the car loan with but his credit had no part of the loan , I did it too let him know that I'm including him in my life but now is there any way I can get my name off the title or his
  • I signed a lease to a new place which I just got the keys to, I walk in expecting it had been properly cleaned, painted, and repaired as I had viewed it before completion. Now I get told that it was stated as "move in quality and we are not entirely repainting" The walls are dirty, scratched and marred, food reminance, and spakle marks everywhere to be seen. Other repairs werent done correctly either, what can I do here if they refuse to do nothing? At this point I want out of the agreement I havent moved in but I have paid deposit rent and signed the lease. Can I legally get out of this?
  • I’m 6 months pregnant me and the father are not married and don’t even talk. We were not even together when I got pregnant. He’s not there and he’s not fit to be a father how can I get sole custody when my baby is born? Can I leave his name out of the birth certificate or will he still be able to have rights once my baby is born? He doesn’t know my due date and won’t be there for when I give birth so he will not be signing the birth certificate. Is there any way I can assure he can’t come and try to take my baby? How can I file for sole custody? Would he need to sign over his rights?
  • I accepted a plea agreement for a diversion program in which i needed to complete a specified ammount of classes and then my charge would be dropped... About half way through, i was arrested on a different matter and spent a week in jail before the charges were dropped... I was released on the new charges but now i have a warrant for not completing the terms of the program... Im really worried about wether or not they will let me go back to doing the classes or if ill have to go to prison... Anysuggestions?? Also I am a veteran..   • We have been tenants of a mobile home park for 5 years. 4 years ago the park was sold to new owners. We have been paying lot rent, now the owners want to charge us as renters of the mobile also. They do not own the mobile it is in the name of the previous owners. I understand paying lot rent and have no issue with that but can they charge us rent on a mobile that they don't own?

  • Bounced a check to bank not knowing it would bounce at the time. When I did find out it bounced I did not pay right away. Amount $425. I cant pay now because it has gone to court system. At the time I wrote check I did not know it would bounce. Check was from good account. I just did poor bookkeeping. I read law and it says only a crime if I knew it would bounce. I have a plea on the table which will put a misdemeanor on my record. Do I have a defense since I did not know it would bounce?
