My husband is incarcerated and we have two children. I am in the process of submitting my petition for a dissolution of marriage and noticed we are required to complete a parenting class. Is there a waiver for a parent that is incarcerated or any other way this class can be completed by him?

I rented a home for 15 years. It was bought by a new owner 7 years into renting. A mirrored door in bathroom was broken before new owner bought house. I moved out this month and the owner is telling me I need to pay him for the mirror $650 that was broken years before he bought house. Do I owe him this money? How would I get a copy of the home inspection walk through when he bought the house?

Son in prison for drugs only but will be in for several years (first time incarcerated). He is in a drug rehab program there. Grandmother from mother's side has custody of his child. She asked him to sign away his rights as a parent. When he refused she said she can go to court and adopt the child anyway because of his being in prison. Can she do this? Can he loose permanent custody with this.

I have 3 children their father has been in and out of prison since 2004, their last actual contact with him was in 2005. can i file for a severance under abandonment statue? He was released in 2007 and had certain court orders to abide by in order to recieve supervised visitation he failed to do so. What must i prove that he has abandone my children since I have been the sole provider for them with no help physically, financially from their father.
