  • I RECEIVED CMPLAINT FORCIBLE/SPECIAL DETAINER(41-133798)ALTHOUGH HAD GIVEN A PARTIAL RENT PAYMENT WITH ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE ON PAYING THE BALANCE. MY MANAGER ACCEPTED THE PARTIAL PAYMENT AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. SHE IS ON VACATION AT THIS TIME AND I FOUND THE NOTICE ON MY DOOR 7/17/2008. THE PARTIAL PAYMENT WAS ACCEPTED 7/10/2008. WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO I HAVE AND HOW DO I CLAIM SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES(MY BOYFRIEND HAD A MASSIVE STROKE 7/04/08).

  • My granddaughters are 13, 12, and 10. Their father is a truck driver and has called them insisting that he is coming to get them for the summer. They have told him they do not want to go with him. He said they have to. Can these girls be forced to go with him? He has no residence, he lives in his truck, eatting and bathing in truck stops. He calls only now and then, sometimes not for six to eight months depending if his current "woman trucking companion" will allow it. Right now he is between women, his last one facing jail time for Shop Lifting. The girls can not afford a lawyer. thanks

I'm scared if I only pay May's rent he can still screw me over since the 5 day notice says I owe another $215.

I have been living here for about 8 months, sending/mailing the landlord checks regularly. Now, the landlord is asking me to give a detailed breakdown of rent/checks paid ad the associated dates in a specific format. I have done the best I can. The landlord has been sending me multiple messages regarding this over the weekend. Isn't this the landlords job, to keep track of the rent/checks paid. I feel the landlord treats me differently versus others.
