What are my rights while I am on parole to see my kids? I am paying child support, I work, I am responsible, I love my boys. My wife (separated) is using the boys, as her means of child support from the Welfare Agency here. I want my legal rights .

my brother is on parole, he has a job and a house and is stable. he is responsible. His wife refuses to allow him to have partial custody. He is paying regularly back child support, for when he was incarcerated. He loves his kids & wants visitation.

QUESTIONS

  • My ex is pregnant and we have tried but cannot get along I have asked her to leave she will not. She does not work nor has she the entire time we have been together. We do not own any property or rent a apartment or home together. I have a travel trailler I just purchased and found a cheap yard to store it and live in temporarily only two weeks ago. We have tried well given a chance to say the least. I tried for the sake of new coming baby. Her violence and abuse threatening and destroying my property ruining my work equipment and vehicle. She has been arrested one time already for violence.
  • MY daughter was roughed up my her live in bf. he also damaged her car. she was willing to go to the sheriffs office until they told her he would be arrest tonight and go to jail. How likely is that to happen the injury is broken nails bruised? the vechile damage is about $500 and he still has her glasses and a few other small things.
  • I have a court hearing over a domestic batteryou case and I was just served papers telling me to appear 1 hour before hearing to give my fingerprints and photo should I be concerned?
  • My question is if a protective orders put on a person when I personally did not commit a family violence and that's what the protective orders under happiness protective order be turned over and work with that person had to do to get it returned over and what kind of attorney with that person need if they can afford and trying to get a protective order turned over due to the fact that they did not do anything wrong and I have proof of it
  • Hi my name is Alycia Lee Bock I am very interested in getting involved in helping victims of domestic violence I suffered for 15 plus years and my goal is to share my story to help others can you give me information how I can get involved in my community thank
  • Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?
  • Can my children's father get a restraining order against me keeping me from my children after he lost all parental rights in court after he failed to comply with dcfs the state gave me custody and terminated his but I allowed him back in their lives now he says he has a restraining order is that possible?
  • I just found out I have a Inditement for me, my boyfriend signed the certified letter to me. I never even knew the police were called/ I'm in shock about this I did not! do anything to this person! He Was so drunk he fell off the chair I didn't even know his arm was hurt till days later,he admits that I did not do this to him but told his family I did,, he said the police came to take a report a week later?? this was in October I don't know what to do there saying I need fingerprints/DNA before my court date tomorrow! are they crazy they just assume I did this without ever speaking to me!
  • My teenage daughter and I were both arrest for domestic violence and both of us were prosecuted. Same case yet we were both identified as defendants which very effectively eliminated any accountability especially by the courts to address "Victim's Rights" at all. The words "dominate aggressor" does not exist , at least not in the statues in AZ. So my question is: How do the courts justify this? Is this ethical? Every justification so far has been absolutely absurd. Have you thought this through at all? Obviously: no victim, double fees, more income, more DV programs as Dual arrests increase
  • I moved back to my paid off house after 2 years away from an extremely violent crack addict. He has now forced his way back into my home because he is a freeloader and wants to live withowut paying a single bill. When I tell him to leave he says FU, make me. He believes that he owns everything I have and takes my car 24/7 so I have no way out. When I attempt to do anything he destroys my things or steals them and pawns them. If I do anything at all to call for help he destroys my phone and beats me up and threatens to destroy my house. He is the biggest fake but noone believes me. HELP
