  • My husband wants a divorce, however he says he will take our 3 yr old daughter from be because he feels I do not treat her right (he calls it abuse). He is 62, physically disabled and receives SSI for his mental disability which includes rage issues, depression and suicidal ideology. Does he have a leg to stand on and will the court actually grant him custody instead of me. I am terrified of what might happen if he passes away while with her.

  • My wife and I were sued for unsecured debt. We have two minor children that both have a bank account with my wife on each. The creditor seized thier accounts. My daughter has a babysitting job she does, and my son's account was set up to recieve his student financial aid. Luckily, he had already purchased books and payed for his summer classes. I have heard that Federal student aid was exempt from this. What can we do to stop this and can we get our sons school money back?

  • My landlord allowed people to live temporarily on the property in a mobile home. The mobile home was broken into so she installed cameras to protect my house and the barn that sits on the property. The cameras were installed with the use of my personal wifi. During this epidemic of the coronavirus I have been unable to work or pay my wifi bill. So the landlord purchased her own wifi and had it installed in the barn. She removed the cameras from my home and says now I must secure it myself. Is this legal?

His belongings are still in his apartment as well. he has attempted several times to get updates and was told it would be 2 weeks, four weeks ago. He is still displaced
  • I have had my step daughter since she was 1 year old. She will be 6 soon. I have raised her as my own, taking her to the doctor, school ect. She lives with my husband and our children full time. My husband has full custody. Bio mother has not been in her life consistently ever. She has never taken her to the doctor, paid child support or kept a consistent schedule with her. We have given her several chances. Bio mom has been in and out of jail and not stable. How would we go about having her rights severed so I can adopt her?
