  • Im separated not yet divorced. We lived in Arizona then agreed to move to Colorado last August. While in Colorado she was verbally abusive, she cheated and at one point hit me in front of our son and daughter. I told her I no longer wanted to be with her. She took the kids back to Arizona.I only allowed this because she said she would send them to me in January, yet never did.I have emails to prove hitting&leaving agreement. Also of her saying I cant skype the kids unless I sends money, though I have been biweekly.I want custody but dont have the funds right now. Where can I start?

He continously blames me for his choices and his daughter as well. Last week he blantently violated the parenting plan by leaving my daughter at our apt's alone. • My husband is a insecure controlling emotionally and verbally abusive towards me and his crazy mom. He is an electrician and was only working 6 months a year to get a $6500 tax refund which he would spend on his stuff and buys the kids, under age 10 expensive electronics to keep them happy. He doesn't buy me ---- anymore for the last 5 years. He's telling me that since I'm an unfit mom, take care of kids 24/7 and his mom while to works in Contra Costa County 5 or 6 days a week. Rents a room with relatives $400 a month. His mom pays the $500 rent here from her SSI CK
  • In 2005, my wife at the time called the police said I threatened her. County sheriffs arrested me. She admitted it was a lie. Now almost ten years later I'm in another state, put in for a concealed weapons license and it showed up and I was denied. Was told I could try again in a year. My question, even though not charged can this be removed easy? Note back then I even had a ccw in az.
