I am the landlord and the water heater caused extensive water damage. The tenant broke her hip ( not as a result to the damage) and she is now under 24 hour care due to her mental state.83 years old I am being pressured to pay for her full time care while the house is being repaired. I left my abusive husband almost 6 years ago and have been trying to get divorced but the lawyers and he are dragging their feet because I'm paying him support. I recently found out that he called our health insurance co (he's under my plan because we are still legally married) and changed the address listed, which was mine, to his. So now he knows where I live and I fear for my life. I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and I thought I was safe. Do I have any legal recourse to have him arrested?

If a person is on 2 years unsupervised probation for two Class 6 undesignated felonies in AZ, is he able to move out of state and transfer his probation if his life is being threatened. Is it possible to complete his probation in another state.

I own my townhouse . I live in a self governed CO-OP . We vote to elect our own board We have a Management Co that we employ and pay . We have a new President on our board . I've lived here 9 yrs . This individual has lived here 2yrs . He wants to inspect every ones Home once a year now . This has never been done before and isn't in our bylaws . Is this legal ? I don't want him in my home . Can he just make up new rules without a vote from the other owners ?

I have decided that it is safe for my son to be able to see his dad without the visitation being supervised by myself or someone I deem appropriate which is stated in our divorce decree. I have sole legal and physical custody. How do I go about changing the order so that visitation does not require supervision so that I can't get in trouble?

I moved out of a house that i had rented for over a year. by the landlord that he wished i could stay but understood. I was to know about a new position before the end of May. When it got close i called him and he stated it was ok for me to stay and i could pay half a month at a time. I have returned all keys and sent certified letter as deposit had not been returned. I have heard nothing from him. What is my next step to get the deposit back.
