My sister recently had a child & her boyfriend signed the birth certificate & the baby has his last name. Recently, they found out he isn't the father. How does he go about removing his name & changing her last name?

My dad is disabled and been served a 24 hour eviction notice. Does he have any rights?

Can a person still change their name if they have been convicted of a felony?

I live at -- Mobile home park in Tucson. I own my trailer and rent the space. Here a week and a half ago, the gas co.shut off service to the park stating the line was leaking. The landlord isn't wanting to repair or replace the line due to the expense. There's about 40 trailers here. The landlord won't answer or return call. What would be the next step

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I ask the City for help but they say they can not help me rid my self of a neighbor who is littering my yard & pool with his unkept trees.

When looking for a roommate, can I advertise "male only" so that the shared bathroom is used by only males. A female sharing a bathroom with a male could cause discomfort for the existing roommate. Is sexual discrimination illegal in Arizona for roommate situations?

I filed for a temporary order for parenting time and sent the papers to the last known address, and the papers were returned to me. What happens if i don't get them delivered because I have no clue where he lives at, with my children? Does my childrens father have the right to keep his address from me when there's no custody order and I also have a order of protection against him

C Our neighbor upstairs has caused us problems about the parking and has threatened my 70 yr old husband and myself. Last Friday his gun "went off " into the floor of our bedroom, where my granddaughter and I were. He went to jail. No one was hurt. But I do not feel safe with all that and then yesterday a person was arrested in front of our apt with a large amt of money and drugs. He went to jail also. Our lease is up but we had intended to renew. Now I'm afraid to live here. We were supposed to give a 2 months notice if we moved out. Do we still have to give that much notice?
