Prior to signing the current lease I have, I paid the owner directly. I signed a contract with an agent in April and now the owner claims I did not pay for Jan., Feb., or March. Now the agent is adding $2,700 for those three months. Can she add on fees to my current contract if those were fees I paid before signing with her?

Can a landlord make you pay for the removal of bed bugs when you did not bring them in. They came in from another Apt. In the building. Other apts have them.

I have been charged with child neglect in Pima County and am scared to death about what may happen at the court date! Two incidents have been recorded...the twins broke the lock on the back door and ran out of the apt, were picked up by a neighbor 5 mintues later and taken to the apt complex office - #2 was a call made stating that the children were unattended to for over an hour outside (which is not true) - advice on how to handle the court date?

I quit my job in May to seek a higher position. Contacted my former employer July and let them know it was not working out and would like to come back. Was told they would call me in october when the position became available again. Found out they offered the position to a current employee, but, never contaced me to offer me my position back as stated they would. What legal recourse do have at this point?

I got married in the US, but my spouse is a Korean citizen and never lived here, just visited. He went back to korea and got a divorce over there (mutual). Now he is legally divorced thru korean court and I have the official notarized court documents. Is it automatically accepted here in the USA? I am trying to get married again to someone else and want to make sure we are allowed to now.

My husband and I have filed for divorce no order for custody yet he came and took him for 6 days and he lives with his girlfriend and her parents even though technically we are still married. Can I do anything about that or do I she. To wait for a court order.

I live in an apartment building and I do not have a lease at this time my lease was up and I just never renewed it the building is now owned with a new landlord and I am no longer comftroble living her my rent is do no latter then the 3 rd of feb if I want to move out befor the rent is due do I need to give a 30 day notice or pay rent for February?

My husband & I are caring for my infant niece due to both her parents being in prison. We filed a "Petition by Non-Parent to Establish Legal Decision-Making in Loco Parentis A.R.S 25-41 (Case # DO201300119) in Cochise County and her monther was served on Feb 13 (she wasn't contesting it). I called the County clerk office to find out what my next step is and they told me they can't tell me what to do. I thought I had done what needed to be done and it would now go before a judge to be finaled? Please advise, we have to get this legalized for insurance purposes, etc. THANK YOU!
