  • We had an installer for a cable company in our house. My dog broke through the gate and bit his pants which scraped his leg. No puncture through the skin, no bleeding. Not trying to minimize what happened. It was scary. He put in a claim with his workmans comp. Now the Workmans Comp insurance company is sending us notices that we are responible to re-emburse them. The notice says "Medical Lein" Is this legal? They are being paid by the company and they also want to collect from us? The letter says I should submit a claim to my home owners insurance. Help?   • I was convicted of Theft, A class 6 undesignated offense back in the mid 90's. I completed 3 years on probation. My probation officer put in a order of discharge from probation in the late 90's . He signed it and the Judge signed it. It was never checked on if it was a misdemeanor or a felony. I never recieved and paperwork that stated anything about it, just that I was released from probation. So what do I need to do to get this removed? If the paperwork was not completed correctly my the courts can I get it off my record? Thanks

How can I get free or reduced legal help against landlords and the other question how do get the same thing for a will?? Also the same thing against corrupte stores and company's??I live in direr poverty and really just can't afford anything unfortunately and it's not my fault.   • Our grandaughter has lived in our home since birth. Parents used to live with us, the moved out in March but did not take the baby. She is currently still living in our home, they have moved 3 different times since March. Mom is a minor she was arrested for domestic violence, but charges were dropped. Father was in jail for domestic violence too but charges were dropped. We provide for the baby and take care of her 95% of the time what is the chance of gaining custody?
  • i was kicked out of my nursing program 3months before i was due to graduate because a background check company falsely reported a 13 year old misdemeanor drug possession. because of their mistake I also lost my externship job offer. I have since provided that company documentain from the state they claim i was accussed in confirming they're error. I was reinstated into my program and have since graduated but it took me a year and I racked up a large bill fighting them. they ruined my life for a year and I want to sue them for the financial burdens they caused me. Im not sure how to start this
