  • I have a roof that needs to be replaced. It has holes into the attic and the roofing material is beyond repair. How can I force the Landloard to fix it.

I read over the lease agreement and the pet addendum and there is nothing about breed restrictions or pitbulls. Who is in the wrong and where do I stand legally?
