  • My mother tried to evict a roomate from her home. She called the cops upset 3 times and the roomate got a restraining order against her in her own home. she is 68 yrs old recovering from lung cancer surgery. Her roomate verbally her and refuses to move out. He has destoryed her home and it she now has cockroaches and bugs and can not safely get around her home. He listenes to all her phone conversations and gets his dad to threaten her with calling cops & throwing in jail. What can she do? How can he get a restraining order against a woman who cant even lift 20lbs. He dose not pay rent/bills

I want him off the birth certificate and to change her last name. What papers do I need to file? How would I go about doing this?   • Per my lease agreement I sent notice to my landlord that I wanted to renew the lease a month prior to lease ending via email 6/28/19, the same day he sent me notice of rent increase which was received on 6/29/19. He recently replied that we are on a month to month, our lease does not end until July 31st at 5pm. He took over two weeks to respond to email, I am unable to give him 30days notice as he took too long to respond, I recently emailed back accepting he rental amount if a lease is written. What right do I have? Last year when he raised the rent he back dated the 30 day notice.
  • I gave my ex verbal notice of my relocation with my 4 year old, 2 mos prior to the relocation. He was receptive and understood my reasoning. I sent a letter cert. mail and it was returned to me because he failed to pick it up. So I then hired a process server, which was successful. Its now 4 days before my moving date and he has served me w/ a summons to establish parenting time and custody. My position at work has already been filled and I'm to be out of my apartment by the 5th. Am i obligated to stay in the state now? Or can i temporarily relocate?
  • In March 2009 the deceased in probate case obtained $1000.00 and signed Promissory Note with a Deed of Trust on property he owned. He last payment made was in March 2012. He dies in August 2014 with Note and DOT still on property. Owner of the Prom Note and DOT was notified thru informal probate to file a claim but never did. I have filed the Deed of Distribution. So what do I do about this Prom Note and DOT ? And how does this affect the filing of closing statement for probate case?
