I have a baby that's going to be born soon and the mother will not let me be part of the baby's life because I choose to be with someone else. She's giving the baby her new boy friend's last name even though she and I both know the baby is mine. What can I do to be in my child's life legally without her being able to tell me no?

Our 16 year old son became aggressive after a shopping outing and began beating up my wife taking her to the ground. We are wondering what legal options we have since the answer we are getting from all agencies is that we just have to deal with it and work it out ourselves. We are looking for help of any kind including juvenile detention or detainment in a health facility. I am afraid to leave the house if our son is there and afraid of what he might do in the middle of the night since he has uttered death threats.

I've lived at an extended stay motel for about 2 years. Last September my cooler went out and my landlord has been saying since then that he will get it fixed by the time hot weather is back. My wife has a OOP against me,is filing for custody of our 3 yr old son that I have no parenting time for at least a year.Since marrying CPS has been contacted multiple times (by father) accusing us of providing an unsafe environment,once specifically that I was abusive and a seperate time that I punched and kicked her 10 yr old down the hall.All found unsubstantiated.The latest accusation is the worst.That I have touched my stepdaughter inappropriately.I am under investigation for the last two months.I am innocent.Can she do this?I am being treated as a criminal.Can I not get shared custody?

Recently in my apartment the refrigerator went out andwas repaired by a repair man the manager sent over and the repairman stated that for me to write out a list of food that was lost and take to the office.this was done and I also sign the paper stating that this in fact did happen.the manager stated that under normal situation the landlord is not responsible for the food that was lost,but because the repairman stated that he would make sure I would get paid for food lost.I would have to take this up with my insurance (Renter's insurance) about $75-100 worth of groceries.The manager has offered to deduct $75 dollars off of rent for the following month,and i agreed to this. The question is am I to be responsible for food that was lost ,when the appliance came with the apartment?this is not the first time this has happen to me.should I contact my insurance company regarding this issue?

I have a judgement and part of that is for specific performance /forfeiture of my residence back to me after 3 years of no payments. I reside out of state because the bums have taken over the home and I need to gain possession. I was told I need a writ of restitution (whatever that is) and also told I need a lawyer to do this processing with the sheriff dept, and that is why I sought help from AZ law help. For the past 4 months my landlord has put the wrong name on my rent statement. All paid on time and signed by them but my name on the agreement is wrong by their doing. Could this effect me? What if I'm not getting the credit for all my paid on time rent?
