i WENT TO COURT THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I WAS EVICTED BUT THERE IS MORE TO IT THAN JUST THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY LANDLORD, BUT SHE KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME. I NEED TO FILE AN APPEEAL BUT I DONT HAVE THE 75 DOLLARS HOW DO I GET THE FEE WAIVED?

We gave a roommate 30-day verbal notice that his month-to-month lease was up. If he doesn't leave could his drinking binges (including driving on a suspended license, with no insurance), and belligerent, vaguely threatening but scary behavior be enough to get an immediate eviction started? He will go into the kitchen falling down drunk when everyone else is asleep, and I'm afraid he could start a fire, by accident or on purpose. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? how many months do one has to wait to reapply for ALTCS, if you have been denied and you are now in Hospice, awaiting salvation. Also, does the Nursing Home Care Reform Act of 1987 is still effective and can a skilled nursing facility force a relative or family member to take you in if all your Medicaid/Medicare benefit days have been exhausted and the facility corporate office has threaten to issue a 30 day notice to evict? I have a vehicle that is still under factory warrenty. I had problems with the Key, brought it to the dealership, they told me since I had a after market alarm installed (Over a year ago, that never caused problems to the vehicle) It voided my warrenty. They never gave me any kind of proof showing that my alarm was the cause of the problem. I then had to pay out of pocket and feel scammed. Does aftermarket stuff void warrenties?

My landlord entered us into a lease with the knowledge that the home was INFESTED with termites. The neighbor pointed them out and told us he informed her before our occupancy. We immediately verbally requested she send a professional not only to inspect the safety of the homes structure, but to treat the problem. She ignored our request. We then turned in a written request and she immediately sent someone unannounced to spray for them. We still want an inspection. The damn things are dropping through our ceiling and our porch literally is falling apart. What can we do now?
