  • My sis has been in my house since 2015 and I moved to CA. I just found out that my landlord served a judgement in my name and evicted her in my name without notifying me. The Property Mgr and the Owner knew I was in CA and said they would put the lease in her name but never did. Since they did not notify me, is this legal?
  • Do landlords have to provide A/C's or can they just have swampcoolers?
  • We belong to a golf club. They offer an annual trail fee which allows us to use our personal golf cart. We paid this annual fee in June. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?
