My husband and I lived in Pima county, I moved out and now live in Maricopa Co. What reuirements do I have to meet to esablish residency in Maricopa so I can file for divorce here?

Hey I live on a small lot and have animals. My dad gave me permission to use the land. I have ten chickens, two ducks, five pigeons, and a pheasant. We have been fighting a lot and he threatens to kill all of the animals, which I have bought or have been given to me. He says that I don't take care of them enough, which I will admit Im not the best at but they have food and water all the time and I do my best. But he threatens to take them from me and kill them every time, which is every time he starts to drink. I don't know if he can because its his land or if he can't take them from me.

I have been victim of domestic violence for the past 15 years. I stayed with my husband for the sake of my son, my husband has been arrested any times and the police and CPS have been called by myself and my 14yr old son. I purchased gun and have a concealed carry permit. He came at me last week and I shot him twice to keep him from killing me. Now I have been charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault. I do not have the resources to defend myself. I am out o bail for now but do not have the balance of my bond. I need help asap. Thank you.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

We paid 1 year of rent up front and have found employment in another state. There is still 5 months left. 30 day notice sent and accepted. Can the legally force us to continue paying the utilities until they re rent?

In my lease agreement utilities are included, but the landlord purposely shut off the power and refuses to turn it on and rent has been and is paid on time every month. And is current. What immediate action can be taken to get it back on its hot

if you're given a 40 day notice do you still have to pay rent because owner is selling the house

How can I be eligible for the first offenders program? Since this is my first offense. I have recently been charged with a class 6 felony. I have been appointed a lawyer, but have had no success conversing with him. I'm not sure how my case is going to go or what i need to provide for it. (Its for a small possesion of marijuana)
