QUESTIONS

  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.

  • We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement. But my Husband and I have been living here for about 4/5 years now we pay the lot rent and the utilities. He knows we're here but every time our son comes to visit he always stops him and gives him a hard time which then he comes at us with mailed forms for instance telling us we can't be here after knowing we're here and I own the trailer. There's a lot more as well.. Need legal advice.. This is our home.
  • "Is it legal for an owner of Real Property using a single family residential water meter of 5/8" in size instaled by city of Phoenix for the single Residential home built in 1940, to add 10 single family Mobile Homes on the same real property, share the water serviced to the 5/8" water meter to that parcel, receive city bill for real property once a month then charge each home seperately what the city charges the meter to make money"?
  • can ex force me out of house within one week?
  • There was a pipe leaking by my parking spot for the last couple months. My water/sewer/trash Bill almost doubled for the last couple months. We pay w/s/t with our rent when it is due but we get a separate w/s/t bill and it shows that for almost 2 years my w/s/t was roughly the same until last month. The complex gets one bill and divides it by common area the apts pay the rest is divided to the residents. I believe the complex wasn't paying for their leaking pipe they were dividing it amongst the apt units. Can they legally do that?
