  • My former employer is verbally abusive on a daily basis and creates an extremely hostile workplace. After tolerating this for 6 months, I finally gave him my 2 week notice. He proceeded to say 'No, I'll end this right here' asked me for my key and walked me out. I then filed for unemployment, which has since been denied. I'm sure he said I quit, which is not the case. This person also made advances to my 16 ear old daughter when she was at work with me over the summer. Do I have a claim? I'm having a hard time getting a response from local attorney's.

  • I am a landlord and have a question about my legal rights to be notified by the power company (SSVEC) before they shut off service because the Tennant did not pay their electric bill. The signed rental contract gives permission to the power company to notify me of a pending shut off. They have this agreement on file. It gets below freezing here and this puts our units at risk of having frozen or bursting water lines. Also the smoke detectors are disabled. I never want the utilities turned off on the apartments because of this. They just shut off the power for 10 days before I'm aware.

  • I need to go into court and file some emergency paperwork because MerrillLynch USTRUST are doing some really bad things and after giving me monthly distributions for last 2 years of $3000 and paying all my expenses they just Stopped and I haven't seen my statements in a few months and I couldn't even get a letter from trust officer to give DES for emergency food stamps. My Aunt is reason behind this. My Dad adopted us girls therefore she did not consider us family. She sits on board with former CEO of merrilllynch ustrust of this mutual fund they invested all of our $ in afterDadpassed.

  • I am asking this question on behalf of my dear friend who is a senior and does not own a computer in which to ask this question. A year ago, my friends son bought a home in Youngtown, Arizona, for his mom 76 yrs of age and his dad who is 84 yrs of age, to live in until they die, rent free. Today he wants to evict them. What can they do? Do they have any rights? What are AZ laws regarding unwritten tenancy agreements?

  • I was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct over a year ago.
