  • Can a house built for a mother in law be rented by someone from another family
  • My rent is 650 a month now my landlord is trying to charg $810 when there is five weeks in a month is she allowed to do that
  • My companion passed recently and left me a life estate,but his children are trying to throw me out. They go in and out of the house while I'm living there and go through my things. They keep threatening to remove me ,so they can sell the house. Do I have any rights with this life estate ?

We have several text messages stating such. The cost to repair was more than 50% of our rent. We gave our 30 day notice on July 2 for August 1st after months of trying to get this repaired. Our landlord checked us out on Aug 1 stating everything was perfect and we would receive all of our deposit back in 14 business days. Our total deposit was $1850- we received $300. They stated we did not give them notice.
  • I am looking to purchase a mobile home on a rented lot. The mobile home has a shattered sliding glass door and the swamp cooler is not working. Are these things the landlord is required to have fixed before I purchase the home? I'm not really concerned about the swamp cooler as I own window units, but concerned about the door. The glass was completely shattered on the mobile side of door, presumably by previous tenant who was evicted.
  • girlfriend tenant moved out. took without a written agreement items such as washer and driver ( I am paying on) and sectional sofa (gift from my sister) that I had and were in home before she moved in. police report filed but told nothing to be done but court?

Well he left 10 days ago & yesterday he came & got some stuff, I messaged him to see if he was coming back for anything else well I got no response then This morning he semt a text to the landlord & told him he had moved out & actually he had been gone for awhile!! So if he comes back can I tell him to go & the stuff is mine since he told the landlord he moved out?
