  • Is there a time limit between filing a legal seperation and filing a divorce?
  • I have lived as a tenant for the past 3 years and every year a major appliance breaks, first it was the microwave, then the stove/oven, and now the refrigerator. Each repair takes over 2 months. My refrigerator broke on 7/23 and it is still not fixed! Can I pro-rate my rent for the days without a working refrigerator? Our food has gone bad and it is still not repaired! So frustrated!

  • Roommate's drunk cousin (eviction): I am listed on Rental Lease Agreement with a roommate. The roommate has a Guest (cousin) who is NOT on the lease staying in the living room for over a month. Roommate's Cousin helps her with expenses and rent at times. The roommate's cousin is an alcoholic, and gets drunk, becomes unruly, staggering, breaking things, etc. I would like to have the Guest Removed from the premises, evicted, when drunk particularly, or permanently. Can I have the police remove the drunk cousin of my roommate AGainst my Roommates discretion?
  • I am 16 years old, i am no longer living in my parent's home. And they don't want me back. I don't have a job or my license but I have several places I could go if I got emancipated and be supported until i got a job.   • the tenants have had their water turned off twice for non payment. 1st time wsa for 29 days,and the second was for9 days before I found out from the town. the first itime the remedy was pay the bill and get the water turned on. with the second I am going to evict them. I gave them a notice that it was their second time in six months that this has happened. I have to wait ten days before I give them a special detainer fo evection. does this the right way to do this.
