I'm renting a room from a lady who it turns out doesn't have even a lease or the right to sub-rent. I've paid my rent, but the landlord has gone into court to evict everyone. I have no monies as it's the 21st of the month and I don't get s/s till the third of the month. Do I have to live in the street?

I have an issue with my home owners association, they have locked me out of the access gate to the pool area that is close to my condo. Now I have to walk a considerable distance to another access to the pool. They have denied me a key, when I previously had a Kay before.

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

I heard a rumor that the trailer park management wants to evict all tenants with mobile homes older than 45 years, regardless of their condition, destroy the trailers and replace with new ones. Is that legal?

My husbands adult children is talking about committing my husband because he does not make decisions without consulting me, his wife. They say in the state of Arizona, they have the right to do this regardless of what I say or feel on the issue and that spousal rights do not matter if the children want this done. We just moved to Arizona, surely this cannot be true. How can adult children that has not been around him override a wife?
