  • I would like to leave the state, but was recently informed that even though I have sole custody of my two children that I would hava to file paperwork with the courts because the other parent has visitation. My question is what is the correct paperwok that I need to file?

  • I cohabitated with my domestic partner (DP) age 54 for 16 years.  To our friends and co-workers, we were a married couple.  Then, five years ago, my DP started a sexual relationship with a female co-worker, age 28.  The affair took on a whole new situation four years ago when she gave birth to a baby girl.  When teh baby was approximately six months old, I wanted to meet the child because my DP and I had remained together.  As it turned out, I fell in love with her as the months and years rolled by and, for the most part, my DP, the child, and I were a happy family on visiting days.  Nine weeks ago, he moved with her.  Can I ask for vistation in court?

  • We have lived here in an apt. type setting for 11 months. We are curious if we can break our lease based on several factors. One being that our dryer, which they supplied, has NEVER worked and shocks us (safety issue). We've complained on several occassions (including the month we moved in). Nothing has been done, and now we can't use our dryer. Or, the fact that there wasn't for at least 7 months, common area lights outside. Now there are....or the fact that my husband fell down in an area on the complex with no lights (outside apt. complex). HELP!
  • I owe $35,000.00 on a 2000 motorhome I can't make payments anymore as I don't have the means. I tried to surrender it, but was told to try to sell it myself, I have a buyer, willing to pay $20,000 for it.But I need the title for it before the buyer gives me the money. the creditor is not willing to send me the title yet. what can I do? this is better for the creditor, because they don't have to come get it themselves.
  • I currently reside at Bellridge apartment homes in Phoenix, and have since 2016. I recently have been looking for a new home do to multiple reasons with the complex that I reside in. I have been rejected due to past evictions that are open on my background check. Yet, I have not been evicted since 2009. My current landlords have an open eviction on me from January 2017 and are not willing to help me with the situation in person. I am living in their residence with an open eviction from 2 years ago. What would be a good course of action is my question?
