Can I get an anulment instead of a divorce?

I recently renewed my lease. When doing that I made it aware to my apartment manager that my ceiling was leaking!I was told that the AC unit ( which is a P-tech unit like used in hotels) from the apartment above me was leaking. So they told the tenants to place a bucket under the unit to catch the water!!! Well my ceiling still leaks from time to time and the sheet rock has started to fall, and the window casing near the leak had also beginto fall!! Im 3 months into my new lease and they still refuse to make repairs!!!! Can I break my lease without penalty because of neglected repairs?

My apartment is being infested with cockroaches due to my filthy neighbors. I have talked with the leasing office multiple times over the occasion and their have not addressed with with the neighbors. The only solution they have offered is the tiny cockroach tabs to put in cabinets. I have not had food or trash in my apartment for over two months because of not being able to live there with the cockroaches. Is there a way to break my lease because the landlord has not provided a "safe and habitual environment?"

How much notice does an apartment complex have to give you before they raise rent on a month to month lease?

I need help with questions I have immediately involving my court. I am native American and I wasn't explained properly on a form that was regarding the icwa law for native Americans,by neither MY court appointed attorney and my cps caseworker. As judge read it in court with the ending part stating if I fail to comply with court orders I will give up temporary parent rights, and asked do u understand what I just read? I replied no, because I didn't know the icwa law part, and then no one explained n e thing and right away judge said my kids will have appointed Guardian ad litem, please help me

Can I file for child support when the father is an illegal immigrant?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I was never married to my sons biological father who happens to be an illegal immigrant. Paternity and child support have been established by the court and I have sole legal custody. The Order states that father is not to pick up child from daycare. How do I enforce this?
