QUESTIONS

  • I work for a group home w/disabled adults. One of the clients received an I-Pad and the manager of the home wants us to sign a form that states if it ends up missing during your shift, the entire staff will be terminated. Is this even legal. I have not signed it as of yet.
  • What is the name of the tax that my 55+ Park owner is adding to my lot rent? What should the % amount be? I own the Park Model home that sits permanently on the lot. Because I pay this tax, should I also be paying property tax on my Park Model?

Can I now press charges a day or two after and can I sue him for the rent I was screwed out of? He assaulted me... Help!!

  • House financed in mobile park with lot rent. Shortly after moving into my mobile home park, they let my neighbor get a dog. This dog violates half of the park rules pertaining to pets. It's over the 16" and probably 40lb. limit, They leave it outside, unattended, it barks for hours at a time both when the neighbors are home, and when they are not. The neighbors, pretend not to understand English when I try to talk to them. I have complained about the dog hundreds of times to park management, they have done nothing about the dog. What are my options?
