  • My husband died Dec 14,2015. He suffered from dementia and signed a lease on an apartment. November 5, 2015. We never received a signed completed lease agreement to this date, I have sent numerous requested for return or written conformation of deposit status. First they said I wasn't on the lease, I provided my marriage certificate and acknowledged Arizona was a community property state. The attorney for the management company, doesn't even acknowledge my correspondence even thought the last was hand submitted and I requested a signed receipt of its acceptance. the landlord tenant act violate
