  • A few days after a pest control issue, house of filled with dead animal smell coming from the AC vents. I couldn’t get in contact with my landlord. My husband gets up in the attic to try to Search. He determined it was not in a ducts, but most likely fell into the mail AC unit. My landlord has sent two different people out to 1. Cover the smell, 2.reconnect the duct. He has yet to send someone to open/check inside the unit. I have an immune compromised 2 year old, no ac, & a dead animal in air system (which is a big health hazard). How long can he drag his feet? What are our options?
  • Can a landlord cut services previously supplied when your rent is paid up for 1 year ahead especially after a rent increase. for example internet services, cable, drinking water
  • I'm looking for some guidance regarding the AZ Real Estate Recovery Fund. I submitted a claim against the fund some time ago but it was denied for multiple reasons, all of which were inaccurate. I'd like some advice from somebody with experience with getting reimbursement from the fund. The basis of my claim is the fact that my property manager embezzled security deposits and when his scam ran its course, he committed suicide. The fund is clearly setup to help those who have been a victim of real estate fraud, but the commissioner weaseled her way out of my claim on technicalities.
  • The father of my children had sole custody, and he committed suicide. I am wondering if I need to file for custody or if it automatically reverts to the mother. The children are with me, and have been since the incident. i have the death certificate and have filed at the social security office. I just feel funny not having anything that says I have custody. Should I file a modification or is it a waste of time?

I have a girl friend who is willing to merry me to bring me back from the Netherlands in to the stat. Is that posible and the immigration will let me live in the state?   • The original lease was not an AZ Law Lease Form. One yearlease ended November 20he original 14. It has been month to month I severred eviction notice May 15, 2016 On the original non AZ form it states tenant has 60 days to vacate. Is this true or can I proceed with 30 days. I don't known if I have to honor the original (wrong state lease or go by AZ law eviction process. Thank you.
  • Me and my ex have a custody agreement but yet on my legal days she will not allow me to have him. How can she do that, and what are my rights? I do not feel I should have to pay child support if I am not being given my court ordered time. I also was wondering who is responsible for travel payment, because she moved out of state and will not pay to fly him to me for my legal days, she says I need to either pay to fly him out here or I can drive to Northern Arizona to get him if I want him on my legal days, can she do that?
