  • I signed a lease with a husband and wife to rent my mobile home in a 55 and up Resort. They are supposed to rent for January February and March 2017. They told me it was only going to be the two of them. Afterwards Once the lease was signed they stated they were going to have their sister in there for 2 weeks, then they were going to have another couple in there for 10 days, and then another visitor that was staying for a so-called long weekend. I do not have anything in my lease regarding visitors, but they it was only going to be the two of them. Can I keep the deposit if they break lease
  • My husband managed a duplex for 4 yrs until he passed away 2wks ago, We moved from duplex 9 months ago he subleased our apt to"friends" the terms we may move back anytime & still use 50% of the property as our own. He also had a rv that he had rented out &occupants remained a watched over property. Within 2wks of his death sub leasers told owner about rv & occupants which was explained & a non issue. Sub lessees then insisted I remove my property per owner,Tenants under our deposit owner said he will be here Tues to take inventory &if anyone removes anything he will consider it property damage
  • Since I moved in I have asked management to repair numerus things. Fill many cracks everywhere to avoid water damage and bugs from other apts. Tiny squirt of caulking on tub dried and separated. I now have LOTS of roaches AND bed bugs because they wouldn't do their jobs. They have caller ID so when I call they ignore me. They told me so. They offered me another apartment with a $275 transfer fee. I already paid over $700 security fee. I'm disabled, on SSI. What can I do?

I need someone with me especially at night, I have help thru pima county 3 days a week 2 hrs ea day. My assistant helps in all ways and the landlord refuses to approve him because he said on the application they made him fill out for residency (he shouldn't have to do that) that he works. I don't mind if he works during the day, its nights. What are my rights? He is my assistant in case I fall or an emergency, NOT A CARETAKER. HELP PLEASE!

  • My landlord was intoxicated and assaulted me yesterday. I called the police and they came over, the cops asked if I wanted to press charges I said no, which I now regret. The officer asked if things would be ok if I left for the night and returned tomorrow. I stated yes and went to a motel for the night. When I returned home this afternoon he shows up with the police and a restraining order. I just paid him a months rent on July 1st, which he won't give back part off. Can I now press charges a day or two after and can I sue him for the rent I was screwed out of? He assaulted me... Help!!
